​ Newly Digitized Materials From The Ron Kovic Papers Now Available

Newly digitized photographs from the Ron Kovic papers are now available through Hoover’s digital collections portal.  The photographs were taken by photographer Roger Steffens, a close friend of Kovic, and capture the period when Kovic was writing the manuscript for his Vietnam War memoir, Born on the Fourth of July.  These images offer a personal glimpse into the life and creative process of a prominent figure in the anti-Vietnam War movement.
