Newly digitized print publications from the Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty Corporate records are now available through Hoover’s Digital Collections portal. The publications include annual reports, pamphlets and other printed matter produced between the years 1953-1976. Highlighting different aspects of the Radios for different audiences, the annual reports offer progress reports, listenership data, and chart-based breakdowns of content per broadcast day while the pamphlets and one-sheets explain the overall mission of RFE and RL. Items of particular interest to Cold War researchers include a pamphlet from 1974 outlining RFE’s broadcasting policies and the 1976 annual report documenting the merger of Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty.
