On September 20, the Hoover Institution and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) hosted a public panel in Washington, DC to launch their joint volume, “Strategic Cooperation in the Indo-Pacific: U.S. and Indian Perspectives.” The discussion identified challenges and opportunities in the U.S.-India relationship, and suggested policies to advance it. Speakers included South Asia experts and Hoover fellows S. Paul Kapur and Joseph Felter, ORFexecutive director Dhura Jaishankar, and Siddharth Iyer from the U.S. Department of Defense.
