Following the “accidental” cutting of a submarine cable in the Baltic Sea, Lithuania expelled three PRC diplomats.  The PRC imposed an embargo of critical minerals on the United States.  In the People’s Daily, the PRC Government signaled that the country would not meet its 5% GDP growth target suggesting that economic conditions in the PRC are worsening.
