We're Moving
Staff members at Hoover have been busy moving collections offsite in preparation for the building of the new George P. Shultz Building on Hoover campus. Pictured above is Stanford Auxiliary Library 3, our new state-of-the-art storage facility for collection materials.
Classes Continue
Though the Library & Archives is undergoing a significant renovation project, we continue to host classes for the Stanford and local community. Above, students from Jelena Batinic's class "Resistance and Collaboration in Hitler's Europe" investigate materials from WWII Germany.

In anticipation of a significant construction and renovation project that will prepare the Hoover Institution for its next century of activities, the Library & Archives reading room will be closed to researchers from December 24, 2018, to the early months of 2020. During this period, our collections and our public services will be unavailable, but our collecting, exhibition program, digitization projects, and other activities will continue.
