Citation Help
Citations are important in identifying the archival item used and its location, and will allow staff to locate the item for the researcher who wants to see it again or obtain a copy, and for other researchers who may ask to see it.
Citations should include the title and date of the item, collection title, box number, folder number or name, and repository name. Additional elements may be needed for complex collections. Formatting styles vary.
