Audiotapes in two collections relating to the United Nations have been digitized by Hoover’s audio lab for both preservation and access. They are
- Excerpts from a John Foster Dulles press conference, 1953
- Commemorative addresses by Dwight Eisenhower and Adlai Stevenson in the National Citizens’ Committee for United Nations Day radio broadcast, 1952
These sound recordings complement other collections at Hoover concerning the United Nations. Among them are the sound recordings of proceedings of the UN Conference on International Organization, held in San Francisco in 1945, which have already been digitized.
