Herbert Klein is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution and Gouverneur Morris Emeritus Professor of History at Columbia University. He was recently named Catedra d'Excelencia at URV for 2011.
URV was created in 1991 by the Parliament of Catalonia from the already existing university faculties and schools. In this way the Tarragona University of the sixteenth century was restored.
