Marcus Landers was a veteran fellow at the Hoover Institution. 

Landers is the founder and CEO of ResiLift Solutions, an early-stage venture that is innovating structural lifting to provide more affordable and efficient flood mitigation services to home owners threatened by climate change. He also serves as the vice president of business development for Payne Construction Services, a house-lifting contractor serving communities across New England. As a Marine Corps infantry officer, he deployed to Asia and the arctic circle and later served as an exercise planner in South Korea. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
