Jacqueline Mongeon, representing the US Air Force, is a national security affairs fellow for 2012–2013 at the Hoover Institution.

Mongeon earned her undergraduate degree in political science from the US Air Force Academy and her master’s in business administration/logistics management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. As an aircraft maintenance officer, her experience includes aerial refueling, bomber, and fighter aircraft as well as conventional and nuclear munitions. She has also served as an assignment officer for junior-, mid-, and senior-level officers. She has served in organizations across the Pacific, Europe, Afghanistan, and the United States. Mongeon is one of two officers representing the air force in the 2012–13 class.
