Ambassador Carla Hills, Council on Foreign Relations co-chair and former US Trade Representative
Ambassador Michael Kergin, Former Canadian Ambassador to the United States and to Cuba.

Along with the Honorable George P Shultz, the discussion was moderated by Hoover Institution distinguished fellow and North American Forum US co-chair Admiral Gary Roughead.
