Over the last decade, geoeconomic conditions have changed radically.  The Chinese economy is stuck given the unwillingness of the Chinese Communist Party to carry out market-based reforms, while the United States and other democracies adopt economic security policies to protect themselves from the negative effects of Beijing’s decisions.

The Biden Administration appears unwilling to implement the internal changes necessary to realize the benefits of the AUKUS Agreement and a Chinese agent of interference is discovered working inside the New York Governor’s office and charged.

As we approach the Presidential election, the Chinese Communist Party is manipulating U.S. public opinion to further their objectives.
