Nick Shenkin is an FBI counterintelligence special agent. Among his assignments with the FBI, Shenkin has been Field Division national security legal counsel, sat as a fellow of AFWERX, managed all Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States investigations west of the Mississippi, directed the Strategic Technology Task Force, and led the team that wrote the Delta Protocol, the FBI's security protocol for intellectual property–rich companies. Currently, Shenkin sits on the Counterintelligence Taskforce, carrying the Emerging Technology/Venture Capital portfolio for the FBI. Prior to the FBI, Nick was a mergers and acquisitions attorney and a three-time founder of companies. He received his BA from UCLA and his JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
