Oeindrila Dube was a National Fellow for the 2013-14 academic year.

She is an assistant professor of politics and economics at New York University and an affiliate of the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development. Her research focuses on the economic causes and consequences of conflict and reconciliation in the developing world. She has examined the impact of commodity price shocks and international aid flows on civil strife. Her work includes articles in the American Political Science Review and the Review of Economics Studies. Professor Dube holds a PhD in public policy from Harvard University, a MPhil in economics from Oxford University, and a BA in public policy from Stanford University. She received a Rhodes scholarship in 2002.
