Gregory Eason

Greg Eason was a Veteran Fellow at the Hoover Institution. 

Eason has years of industry experience as a real estate development manager and real estate investor, leveraging capital, stabilizing investments, and securing returns for partners and investors. He has built a real estate portfolio focused on providing superior consumer experiences in emerging and underserved markets. He currently serves as developer for a build-to-rent project in Atlanta, Georgia, and angel investor in a 185-acre development project in North Augusta, Georgia. He graduated from the US Naval Academy with a BS in quantitative economics. He was a gunnery and training officer in the surface warfare community in the US Navy.
