Stephen Haber
Stephen Haber is the Peter and Helen Bing Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and the A.A. and Jeanne Welch Milligan Professor in the School of Humanities and Sciences at Stanford University. In addition, he is a professor of political science, professor of history, and professor of economics (by courtesy), as well as a senior fellow of both the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research and the Stanford Center for International Development.

Edward Lazear
Edward P. Lazear is the Morris Arnold and Nona Jean Cox Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and the Davies Family Professor of Economics at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Lazear served at the White House from 2006 to 2009, where he was chairman of the President's Council of Economic Advisers.

Amit Seru
Amit Seru is a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, a Professor of Finance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR), and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). He formerly taught at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Jonathan Levin is the Philip H. Knight Professor and Dean of Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is an applied economist whose research is in the field of industrial organization. He is best known for his work on contracting relationships and on the design of market rules and institutions.
